Abstract

Robotics in Industry 4.0 integrates advanced automation, IoT, and AI to enhance manufacturing and logistics. Industrial robots, equipped with sensors and machine learning, perform tasks like assembly, welding, and material handling with high precision.

Key technologies include collaborative robots (cobots) that work alongside humans and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for warehouse automation. ROS (Robot Operating System) facilitates development.

Challenges include high costs, workforce displacement, and safety concerns. Advances in soft robotics and swarm intelligence are expanding applications.
